Stephen was a lifesaver! My old hot water system burst and was rapidly leaking water at 3am… after 10+ calls to other plumbers, Simoes Plumbing & Maintenance was the only plumbers we found who offered a true "24/7 emergency service". He was very professional, and kind enough to give me complimentary advice on how to temporarily stop the leak. He arrived first thing in the morning, fixed the problem quickly and at a good price.

I had no problems getting through to the office to book an appointment at a time that suited me and received a confirmation message letting me know they were on their way. When he arrived he was friendly and polite. After he looked around at ALL the issues I was having, he explained what needed to be done, time to complete and costs. Didn't feel there was any over sell or pressure. When they returned to complete the job, they were punctual and cleaned up after themselves! Very happy customer.

Had a leaking gas outlet and when I called I was instructed in how to turn off the gas and was updated via text on when they will arrive. To my surprise it was within 2hours :) He was efficient, up front, great communicator and checked the other outlets to ensure we were safe. Thank you!
